A little perspective….I love all types of horses.
I love all types of horses and I think diversity is hugely important, bearing in mind the huge diversity of the riding population and their aims, and that support for one breed or stud book does not preclude us from also supporting another breed or stud book.
It would be very easy for me to write another series of posts praising Trakehners , or the best of modern warm bloods, or Connemara ponies , or Irish Draughts …yes especially Connemara ponies and Irish Draughts, and the Traditional Irish Horse (TIH).
