There can be no argument that Fragance de Chalus has been one of the best-producing showjumping mares ever.
Sadly passed away in May 2019 she had revolutionised the breeding business and was one of the the pillars that contributed to the success of Joris de Brabander’s De Muze stud farm.
With 46 offspring including Mylord Carthago, Bamako de Muze, Arc en Ciel de Muze, Norton d'Eole, Vodka Orange de Muze, Jolly Mome, Anais Anais de Muze, Nais de la Pomme... and many others.
The Selle Français mare Fragrance, from the international Nifrane, also had an exceptional international career, which allowed Karline de Brabander to earn her stripes at the international level.
A true pioneer in embryo transfer, she leaves behind an indelible mark in European show jumping breeding.
